Creativity From Within, Art Therapy London and  Monica Gobourne ("I") am committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

This policy (together with my terms of use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data I collect from you, or that you provide to myself, will be processed by myself. Please read the following carefully to understand my views and practices regarding your personal data and how I will treat it. This statement covers the services provided by Creativity From Within. Art Therapy, Art Therapy London and Creativity From Within. Art Therapy blog websites. This policy does not cover any external websites which may be reached from links within this site. 2. Information I may collect from you

I may collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give me

You may give me information about you by filling in forms on my sites:

  • website feedback form
  • general enquiries and information
  • newsletter sign-up
  • payments via Paypal
  • online Art Therapy

(My sites) or by corresponding with me by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you contact myself via my sites, subscribe to my newsletter, to order publications, and when you report a problem with our site. With regard to each of your visits to my sites, I may automatically collect technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet.

My websites do not automatically store or capture personal information.

I do not pass on any personal information you have given me to any other site. The system will record your email address, and other information if volunteered by you to me for example, on the Contact us form and newsletter/email alert subscriptions. Any such information will be stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will be treated as proprietary and confidential.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although I will do my best to protect your personal data, I cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to my sites; any transmission is at your own risk. Once I have received your information, I will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

If this privacy statement changes in any way, we will place an updated version on this page. By reviewing this page it ensures you are always aware of what information I collect, how I use it and under what circumstances, if any, we will share it with other parties.

7. Access to information 

If you would like us to supply you with a copy of any personal data which we hold about you, please complete the Subject Data Access Request Form. You are entitled to receive this information under the Data Protection Act 1998 ('the Act'). Creativity From Within. Art Therapy's policy is to charge a fee of £10, as permitted under the Act, on each occasion that access is requested. If a request (or requests) requires myself to incur significant costs such as in photocopying or postage, I reserve the right to charge for such reasonable disbursements.
